The 2020 Nissan Altima has taken the performance, style, and affordability of Nissan's mid-sized car a step further with new features and innovations. For the 2020 model year, the Altima adds Nissan Safety Sheild 360 to the SR trim level and above. These safety features add a number of advanced equipment designed to help the vehicle detect, intervene and avoid accidents and occupant injuries. Safety Sheild 360 will be available as an option on the base S level.
